NATO Standard Packaging Test STANAG 4340
NATO Standard Packaging Preservation for Defence Material. STANAG 4280
Defence DEF-STAN 81-41 Level J = items can be stored anywhere in the world, within any climatic condition for up to 2 years.
Defence DEF-STAN 00-35 = to validate a material’s ability to withstand the effects of specific environmental testing, vibration, shock, acoustic noise, temperature, humidity, sand and dust, altitude and pressure, among others.
US Military MIL-STD-810G = to ensure a certain level of durability with a series of 29 tests.
Air Transport Association ATA 300 Category 1 = road cases for heavy and high value spares as well as smaller and lighter weight avionics. Category 1 containers are effective for 100 trips & must survive demanding drip or impact tests.
IP67 Dust Proof = device is completely dust-proof.
Along with Pilfer proof lockable latch mechanism.

- Constant Low Temperature to Def Stan 00-35 Issue 4, Part 3 (-46°C for 24 hours duration)
- Constant High Temperature, High Humidity to Def Stan 00-35 Issue 4, Part 3 (+71°C and 80% RH for 24 hours duration)
- General Purpose Vibration to Def Stan 00-35 Issue 4, Part 3 for Materiel Transported by Wheeled Vehicles as Restrained Cargo.
- IPX7 to BS EN 60529:1992+A2:2013 – Protected against the effects of temporary immersion in water.
- IP6X to BS EN 60529:1992+A2:2013 – Dust Tight.
- STANAG 4280 – Free Fall Shock Drop Test.
- UN Dangerous Goods Packaging Performance – various cases, cold conditioned to -20°C were drop tested from 1.2m onto each face and one corner.
